Live Communication Server 2003安装和管理指南

Live Communication Server 2003是微软最新推出的企业即时消息服务器，使用业界标准的SIP协议。为企业即时通讯系统提供了安全、便捷的解决方案。本文介绍了Live Communication Server 2003的安装方法。

1．安装前的准备
在安装Live Communication Server 2003前，需要确保服务器软件符合以下要求：
l Windows Server 2003，以及正确配置的网络基础结构，如DNS
l Active Directory域环境
l MSMQ服务

通过Windows控制面板“添加/删除程序”功能中的“添加/删除Windows组件”功能，可以安装MSMQ服务。

当服务器具备了这些要求后，我们就可以进行安装Live Communication Server 2003了。

2．安装Live Communication Server 2003
在Windows Server 2003环境下，插入Live Communication 2003光盘，系统将自动启动安装程序（如图1）。如果系统没有自动启动安装程序，或从网络路径访问安装程序，那么，需要手动运行安装文件夹\Setup\I386\Setup.exe。


选择“Home Server”，然后单击Install按钮。安装程序首先会配置微软SQL Server桌面引擎，然后，Live Communication Server安装向导将呈现在您面前，如图2。单击“下一步”继续。

安装程序进度到“许可证协议”步骤，单击“I accept the terms in the license agreement.”单选框（如图3），并单击“下一步”继续。

输入用户姓名和单位（如图4），并单击“下一步”。

确认所安装的组件是“Home Server”。如果需要将即时消息信息存储到中央数据库，请选择“IM Archiving Agent”并指定消息队列路径名，如图5。单击“下一步”继续。

输入一个用来运行Live Communication Server的服务账号，包括账号名和密码，如图6。然后单击“下一步”。

选择安装路径，包括数据库路径、事务日志路径和程序文件。可以通过单击每一项右侧的“Change…”按钮来更改默认路径。（如图7）单击“下一步”继续。

安装程序将会安装Live Communication Schema到活动目录，以及添加6条属性到全局目录中，如图8，单击“下一步”继续。

安装程序允许您检查配置信息是否正确，如图9，如果没有问题，单击“Install”按钮。

安装过程如图10，安装结束后，出现“Setup Wizard Completed”步骤，如图11，单击“Finish”结束安装。

3. 配置和管理Live Communication Server 2003

成功安装Live Communication Server 2003后，我们将可以在“管理工具”中找到它的管理选项。

单击“开始”à “所有程序”à “管理工具”à “Live Communication Server”。

要对Live Communication Server进行配置，展开“Servers”，并右键单击“dc-hp.diyinside.com”，然后选择“属性”。

服务器属性窗口出现，如图12。

Connections选项卡
Live Communication Server客户端之间，以及服务器之间是通过指定的连接传送信息的，指定的连接包括IP地址、端口号和协议。如图12所示，服务器使用5060的TCP断口，监听所有通过此端口通讯的IP地址。要添加连接，单击“Add…”并指定IP地址，传输方法和端口。

“Allow compression of incoming server to server TLS connections”选项用作在服务器对服务器的TLS通讯中压缩数据。如果希望压缩从另外的Live Communication Server发到此服务器的数据，则选择这一项。

“Enable client to server TLS compression”选项用作压缩客户端对服务器的TLS通讯，如果希望压缩从客户端发送到Live Communication Server服务器的数据，请选择这一项。

Authentication选项卡
Live Communication Server支持两种验证方式，Kerberos和NTLM。我们可以选择其中的任意一种，也可以同时选择两种验证方式，如图13。

启用用户
要让用户能够通过Live Communication Server进行通讯，我们必须在AD中启用相应用户的这项功能。打开“Active Directory Users and Computers”，右键单击想开启即时通讯功能的用户，单击“所有任务”，并选择“Enable users for live communications..”。系统将会启动“Enable Users Wizard”，单击“下一步”。选择一个主服务器，如图14，如果你的网络中只有一台Live Communication Server，那么选项中将只包含这一项，完成后单击“下一步”。在操作结果步骤中，单击“下一步”（注意：如果用户在AD中没有填写email地址，那么操作将不会成功，应为Windows Messenger是用email作为用户帐号来登陆的），如果操作都成功，单击“完成”。

回到Active Directory Users and Computers管理控制台，打开刚才开启了Live Communication的功能的用户属性，您会发现“Live Communications”选项卡，在这个选项卡中，随时可以修改用户的SIP URI，登陆名，以及所使用的Live Communication主服务器，如图15。这个属性窗口也可在Live Communication Server管理控制台的Servers\Users打开。
